Kota has no cancellation policy and you're free to stop using our services whenever you decide to. In what we hope to be the unlikely event of you changing your mind and deciding to stop working with Kota, there are two liaisons to be considered separately.

Cancelling Kota

Should you decide, as an employer, to cancel your membership with Kota, we will not charge a cancellation fee. However, you may be subject to a charge from our providers if you have any active benefits plans. See below for more information.

Cancelling with your provider

On what concerns pension and life assurance products, no cancellation fees should be applied by the provider. However, by offering a healthcare plan, certain restrictions might apply:

  • If you cancel group policies before the end of their term, you may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • You cannot switch to another insurer during the insurance contract without penalty.

  • You can individually remove employees from this group policy without any extra provider fee, as long as the group policy remains with active members.
